integration shell: right click on files/folders -> create sfv/md5

ilSFV is the righteous heir of hkSFV

however it missed on key feature of hkSFV

intergration in explorer shell which allows right click on files/folders -> create sfv/md5/sha1 file (in cascade menu)

please implement this and the program is perfect

I know you are working on your free time, but I truly believe this is the key feature that will but ilSFV on equal (or higher) ground with hkSFV
